- Open foil packet to find whitening strips. Use the longer for the top teeth and the shorter for the bottom teeth.
- Dry your teeth. Apply strips to your teeth for up to 60 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
- Once 60 minutes have elapsed, remove and brush teeth as normal.
